With deep sadness, we share the passing of our co-founder, Amy Mathias (1982-2026). We appreciate your patience and support as we honor her legacy and continue our work in her memory.
Amy was the heart of Offices Mathias. Her vision and dedication shaped everything we do. While she is no longer with us, her influence remains the foundation of our daily work.

7/10/26:Our “Bodega and Palms” project in Venice CA has passed final inspection, and is now open! Swing by 1915 Penmar Ave, for delicious breakfast burritos, sandwiches, pastry, coffee, matcha, and grocery items. Congrats to all involved in this wonderful project, especially Philip Neuville, who made this project happen from start to finish. Thank you.

Construction has begun, and the contractor is currently pouring foundations for our Cloverdale project in mid-city Los Angeles CA.
