COURTYARD

The Courtyard House encapsulates design elements at once both familiar and new. Concrete furniture elements are scattered within the central courtyard to resemble modern “ruins”.

The bedrooms feature sunken sleeping niches, which promote a truly immersive deep sleeping experience.

Exterior Bath
Full height glazing, a brutal sense of minimalism and materials, and a large central courtyard are key characteristics of this essential Southern California villa.
